Abstract

During this pandemic situation, the educational sector went on hold educational operations causing a greater knowledge loss to younger generations. There is a saying that tells Education is a wealth that increases when shared with others. In line with various educational institutions adapted the changing parameters from chalk and talk – the virtual classroom. The staff started exploring methods with various apps like Google meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and started making them as a teaching platform. This might be a boon towards the teachers/lecturers, the other way work pressure towards their tasks and mental stress were tossed, which became a serious issue. The main reason behind this study is to identify whether teachers/lecturers were able to maintain their work-life balance and have job satisfaction even in this online mode of teaching when compared to offline modes, also an attempt is made towards how difficult/easy for teachers/professors to proceed with digitalization culture.
