Multiple Governance and Development Consciousness: Path Choice of Nongovernmental Supply of Sports Public Service in the New Era

Abstract

Before the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, weaker overall strength,
single capital source and imperfect system construction occurred to non-governmental
organization in China; and there exist phenomena of rigid thinking, low efficiency, structural
imbalance between supply and demand in the process of sports public service supply. The
Party’s 19th CPC National Congress report pointed out that socialism with Chinese
characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era, specific deployment and requirement
are made in system construction, de-administration, and government purchase service. In the
new era, characteristics have presented in the development of path of non-governmental supply
of sports public service as follows: non-governmental organization has grown rapidly and
strengthened its supply capacity, thus becoming a backbone force in coordinating development
of regional sports public service; in the background of government transformation, contract
supply of non-government organization will continue to develop; in the process of supplying
sports public service , mixed supply in the form of non-governmental organization-oriented,
government and enterprises joint participated will become the main way of service supply; by
virtue of in big data platform of internet , non-governmental supply of sports public service
network intelligence will provide more intellective, perfect and customized sports service for
the masses, transforming sports public service from popularization to precision
