Abstract

The proposed method for supervising and proper management of milk processing processes to reduce utilization of water and energy. First, the key point that should be calculated to illustrate the water/energy utilization is recognized. The existing system updated by integrating proposed monitor system to the AUTOMATED RULE MINING system already deploy in the production process. So the system able to calculate the energy consumptions not directly computed from the available sensors. The efficiency of proposed system is high compared to existing system results. The records are used to improvising a monitoring system to reducing the water/energy consumption. The aim of system is to introduce considerable water and energy in several milk processing processes by the introduction of new processing and management technologies. The measurement of proposed approach is based on the comparison with the existing baseline consumptions.
