Women entrepreneurs: making headway toward ownership by dint of effective leadership.

Abstract

Women are vital members of society, and their role in the world is critical. They play an essential role not only in the family but also in society. Women leaders have a critical role to play in motivating millions of employees to perform their duties. This study will be beneficial in determining their effective capabilities within them. The quality of women's leadership is on the rise as a general phenomenon. The study's primary focus is to analyze women entrepreneurs making headway toward ownership by dint of effective leadership. Mainly, the study focuses on the women entrepreneurs in the Dindigul district  This study may be helpful to women entrepreneurs by knowing their dependence, independence, interdependence levels.
