Simulation Analysis of SVPWM Control System Based on FPGA

Abstract

In some high-performance motion control systems, it is necessary to adopt the underlying signal algorithm with fast processing speed, large amount of data processing, high reliability as well as high real-time performance.  This paper presents a digital scheme of current source inverter based on FPCA and space vector PWM (SVPWM) control algorithm. This paper introduces the FPGA generation method of SVPWM module, which is verified and implemented on FPGA. Field programmable gate array (FPGA) is used in the controller, which can make the control system have better real-time performance and less system delay. Dynamic, static simulation and experimental studies show that the design scheme has the advantages of keeping the unit power factor running, flexible control and high stability.
