Abstract

Knowledge gaining, sharing and knowledge management was always a key for success for any organization its employees all the time. Based on knowledge of the managements and its people, organizations have emerged, grown and shown trends with technological developments and innovative solutions to the challenges for day-to-day life. However, it is also clear that other functions and demand from the business requirements made many organizations and employees to spend less time on enhancing knowledge and further upgrading themselves and the reason given was busy in day-to-day activities. Logistics and travel time from home to office, stress of work etc. added further challenges to the wishes of employees for spending time to upgrade knowledge. Then we had suddenly, the effects of pandemic in the name of COVID-19 and its impact on life. Since many people must work from home and suddenly lot of time, the focus on knowledge sharing through webinars, online interactions have emerged. Every organization keep eye on performances even in such situation for their survival and livelihood of its employees and are eager to see effect of these knowledge sharing sessions on the performances of employees and result into business gain.
