Organisation expects employees to perform well in their assigned roles and responsibilities. Efficient performance of the employees helps the organisation to be successful. It can be observed in an organisation that there are two categories of employees those who excel in their work while the others show less interest or average performance. There are factors which influence the performance of the employees. When the organisation identifies the factors, they help the Human resource management to focus on the positive factors. When the employees have good self-efficacy, it is believed that they have greater confidence in executing their tasks. The constellation of beliefs which the employees have about their competency to finish a task is referred to as self-efficacy. The employees acquire self-efficacy from their prior experience, observation, and emotion. Similarly, the work motivation of the employees is the energy factors which is the outcome of the both within and outside the employees’ self and it has its effect on their work related behaviour.
