Abstract

In current Industry 4.0 standards Information Technology (IT) is played vital role in all the areas especially in decision making, business continuity and learning applications. IT and IT Enabled Services (ITeS) framework faces one of major constraints is business continuity. Industries are framed set of protocols to improve the business continuity plan in every year to increase growth and enables quality of services. This paper proposes an intelligent adaptation method to provide and increase business continuity in IT enabled services. Our system has set of business community groups and operations clusters. In this case incident report and risk management is to prepare in each stage. Intelligent adaptation method is a process and to assist to recover the business continuity problem in disaster or earlier stages. This plan is useful for increase organization growth and enabled services in preventive, detective and corrective measures. This is an intelligent approach and to experiments this we are taken various IT enabled applications. Each stage applies our proposed model and records the results. Based on results our system has good IT business continuity enabled services to the customers.
