Abstract

Social ecological theory model is a comprehensive theoretical analysis model to study the change of individual behavior, emphasizing that the change of individual behavior is not not only affected by the individual itself, but also by the external environment. Enhancing physical activity is an important entry point for planning and design to interfere with women's health. Sorting out their relationship and research methods will help to strengthen the positive impact of planning and design on public health from the research and practice level. More and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the impact of environmental pathways (physical environment and ecological environment) on physical activity, and research in this area has gradually become a new topic of multidisciplinary comprehensive research. This paper combs the research methods and contents related to physical activity, including the influence of land use, transportation system, urban design and other factors on famale outdoor physical activity, and finally puts forward the research prospect.
