Automatic Filling Machine Control System Based on Internet of Things PLC Technology and Intelligent Weighing Instrument

Abstract

With the continuous development of scientific and technological level, people are
increasingly demanding full automation of the filling control system during production, while
the traditional filling control system uses the relay control method, and the level of automation
and integration is very low. It has been unable to meet the demand for fully automatic filling in
production. The intelligent weighing automatic filling system based on the Internet of Things
PLC technology is a new high-tech thing and will be the development trend of the filling
system. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems in the automatic filling machine
control system based on the Internet of Things PLC technology and intelligent weighing
instruments that are still in the development stage, and also to overcome some technical
problems in the emerging filling system. To this end, this paper designs a quantitative filling
control system based on the Internet of Things PLC technology for filling gasoline tanks with
a capacity of 200kg. The system consists of PLC, automatic weighing instrument, and filling
machine Research on this system in terms of installation efficiency, degree of automation,
system stability, etc. The research results show that the automatic filling machine control
system based on PLC technology and intelligent weighing instrument when filling 200kg
barrels of gasoline, the filling efficiency is increased by 45% compared with the traditional
filling system, and the degree of automation is increased by 50%,Rose to a new height, the
system stability was improved by 26%, and the control system has a certain self-diagnosis
function, proving the superiority of the control system.
