Research on Landscape Pattern Optimization of Coastal Greenway in Dalian Based on Bim Technology

Abstract

With the accelerated development of urbanization, the urban population is growing rapidly, the building density is increasing, the green space is gradually encroached or broken seriously, and the urban air pollution is serious, which has had various impacts on the living environment. Urban green space is a green infrastructure and an important life support system, which plays a vital role in ensuring sustainable urban environment and maintaining residents' physical and mental health. High-frequency and high-intensity coastal tidal flat development activities will inevitably lead to the transformation of coastal natural wetlands into constructed wetlands or construction land, resulting in dramatic changes in coastal greenway landscape pattern. In order to make better use of big data faster, introducing BIM technology into landscape projects is the only way for future development. In this paper, Dalian city, China is taken as the research object, and based on BIM technology, the landscape pattern evolution and optimization strategy of coastal greenway in Dalian are proposed from the perspective of landscape planning and design, which provides reference for the research of greenway landscape pattern evolution and urbanization spatial layout from the perspective of planning and design.
