Application of Computer Control Technology in SBR Wastewater Treatment Process

Abstract

SBR wastewater treatment process has the characteristics of multivariable, strong nonlinear, serious uncertainty and difficult modeling. The key parameters of wastewater quality can not be measured online, and the control objectives can not be directly expressed by process parameters. It is a typical complex process. This paper describes the internal structure, control law, main characteristics and design method of SBR process automatic control system. In this paper, the field bus network technology is applied to the sewage treatment system, and the automatic control system of SBR Sewage Treatment Process Based on Profibus network is developed. The system takes PROFIBUS field bus as the core and PLC as the main control body. It realizes the integration of computer programming, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and management. At the same time, this paper realizes the integration of network communication and computer control system in SBR wastewater treatment process.
