Fresh e-Commerce Logistics Status Monitoring Information System Based on Internet of Things

Abstract

With the rapid development of e-commerce in China, it is difficult to solve many problems in the process of logistics distribution and transportation in the traditional logistics mode which only relies on the Internet to transmit and process information. The emergence of RFID, GPS and wireless network communication technology makes the logistics distribution develop towards the direction of intelligence. This paper presents a solution of intelligent transportation system based on Internet of things. In this paper, ZigBee, GPS and other technologies are applied to the system platform to build the e-commerce system framework based on the three-tier model of the Internet of things, and the software and hardware foundation of the real-time monitoring function of fresh commodity quality and safety information and cold chain logistics status information is designed. From the technical level, consumers can query the quality and safety information, real-time environmental information and logistics tracking information of fresh goods from the e-commerce platform. The experimental results show that this method can improve the efficiency of fresh e-commerce logistics.
