Development Status and Suggestions of Health and Wellness Tourism under the Background of Global Tourism

Abstract

With the arrival of mass tourism era, the improvement of life quality and the upgrading of tourism consumption concept, people pay more attention to the quality and taste of outbound tourism, especially healthy tourism has become the new favorite of the industry. In the development of modern society, more and more people begin to pay attention to the way of keeping in good health, which can be achieved not only by food but also by tourism. Most people go out to travel in order to relax and experience the characteristic culture, and at this time, health tourism was born. With the rapid development of the tourism industry in recent years, the overall service level and service concept of the tourism industry have also undergone tremendous changes, and global tourism has emerged with the trend. In this paper, the health tourism industry from the perspective of global tourism is taken as the breakthrough point to understand the main contents of health tourism and the related measures to realize the rapid development of health tourism, so as to promote the development of health tourism in China and provide guarantee for the improvement of people's quality of life.
