Abstract

In order to extend the service life of the supercapacitor bank, get the working state of the supercapacitor in real time, and reduce the differences between individuals, we designed a set of supercapacitor energy storage monitoring system with STM32G431 and LTC6804 as the main devices.The system designed the voltage monitoring, current monitoring, temperature monitoring and equalization circuit of the supercapacitor bank. The system uses a single processor structure to monitor 12 series connected supercapacitors in real time.The upper computer program of the system is designed with Visual Studio to facilitate the real-time display of relevant data in the client.At the same time, the system preprocesses some unexpected cases and has high sampling accuracy and stability by comparing the experimental results.
