Abstract

Aiming at the floating problem of phase change aggregates, this paper proposes a characterization method to quantify the distribution of aggregates. Taking paraffin aggregate as an example, the effects of different factors on aggregate distribution and material mechanical properties are studied. The regulatory model of aggregate distribution was established to optimize process parameters. The results show that the quantitative characterization method proposed in this paper can accurately reflect the actual distribution of aggregates. There is a dosing threshold of 8% to satisfy the functionality of the phase change aggregate and the effectiveness of the above characterization method. The established regulatory model can analyze the effects of aggregate distribution on structural stability and have high precision. When the particle size and water-solid ratio are within the interaction range of [1.75, 2.25] and [0.38, 0.40], respectively, the uniformity index and elastic modulus have higher values, indicating that the aggregate distribution is good and the structure is stable Excellent.
