Abstract

Usually in Multilevel H-Bridge converters there will be some high frequency switching losses, so to reduce them phase shifting PWM technique with a centralized controller is analyzed. Here a modified distributedPWM technique is presented as another method for distributed modulation.

Initially, any power circuit senses the current at the output of the Multilevel H-Bridge inverter as an important integrated indicator to detect the same zero crossing time of the main component output current, the digital carrier-angle of each power circuit. Using the PI controller, all the carrier angles of a power circuit are tuned. till they are interleaved properly. For power sharing control, the Multilevel H-Bridge converter can also be controlled locally with an inverse power factor decrease in islanded mode in a distributed way. To evaluate the system response, the system output is evaluated using a fuzzy logic controller.Simulation analysis of a single phase islanded Cascade H-Bridge converter has been performed to verify the advanced system.
