Abstract

This paper has focused on the influence of dual passion model theory on the success of undergraduate entrepreneurship. By analyzing the influence of "harmonious passion" and "compulsive passion" on undergraduate entrepreneurial success, the main factors such as their own interests and internal & external pressures that affect undergraduate entrepreneurial success are concluded. Through the case interviews, the dual passion model is selected for the further content analysis, and the influencing factors related to entrepreneurial driving force in different entrepreneurial enterprises are respectively compared and summarized. Finally, according to the characteristics of different passion factors, the data analysis and coding are carried out one by one. On the basis of the main case study, we have initially formed a basic conceptual category. Through the verified results of the latter two comparative cases, Hangzhou JC Cross-border E-commerce Partnership (Internet company)and Hangzhou YKD Technology Co., Ltd.(Education & training company), it is finally found that the category code of this case has a relatively good theoretical saturation. After sorting out and revising the data and coding concepts obtained from several cases, the final result is obtained, which can help us to understand deeply the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial driving force and entrepreneurial success to the undergraduate entrepreneurs, so as to improve better the effectiveness of undergraduate entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial success rate.
