Abstract

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) areproducts of deep integration of military, civil, and scientific field. Flight control system (FCS) is the most vital module for UAVs, especially under certain circumstances of autonomousnavigation and operation. As the core technology of UAV, FCS can stabilize its flight attitude and control its autonomous or semi-autonomous flight. Different countries and enterprises produce flight controllers with distinctive performance features or characteristics about practical application, which have their own advantages and disadvantages. The goal of this review is to fill this disparity by providing a generic review on the control mode, type, composition and future development trendof multiple UAV systems that have been developed in the past several years, hoping to provide areference for researchers in this field. In addition, it can also provide research and development direction of UAV Flight Control for Independent R & D personnel based on which we implement. These rising trends will have impacted on future economic and social development as well as the building of military affairs,profoundly.
