Abstract

In recent years, with the development of intelligent technology, the automatic tracking car has
been gradually applied in various fields of modern society. As the key technology of the
development of automatic traceable car, motion control and function design have become the
focus of research on automatic tracking car. The automatic tracking intelligent car uses the
steering engine to drive the sector scan detection and sends the detection signal to the MCU for
processing. Thus, the speed of two DC motors and acoustooptic system can be accurately
controlled to realize automatic tracking. When obstacles are detected, the control bee module
sends out sound prompts. When SCM timer module achieves precise timing, the encoder speed
measuring device measures the real-time speed of the car. In this paper, information fusion
technology of induction sensor is used, the function design and motion control technology of the
automatic tracking car are studied. According to the function design of the sensor car, the design
scheme of each module is put forward, the feasibility of each scheme is also analyzed. The
hardware system and software system of the whole scheme are analyzed, and the function
setting principle of this paper is introduced one by one, and the module is explained. The
detection range of induction mode is 0-5.6 mm. In application experiments, the inductance
mode is applied to the position near the palm of the manipulator. The results show that the
designed sensor can realize metal distance detection. The induction sensor vehicle has good
performance and high stability at low speed, it satisfies the design requirements of the system
and lays a foundation for the further optimization design of the intelligent vehicle.
