This study, taking Beijing city as an example, analyzes the overall cases relationship between 12345 citizen service hotline and city grid management, as well as the classified cases relationship between of them. Through the change trend chart and Pearson relationship coefficient method, stationary analysis and Granger causality analysis, relationship research of 12345 hotline cases and city grid management cases is carried out. The results show that: there is a positive correlation between 12345 hotline total cases and city grid management total cases, and the majority of 12345 hotline classified cases is also high positive related with city grid management classified cases, excepting for the classified cases of construction management.
