A New Proposed Lightweight Cipher

Abstract

Most new cryptographic algorithms were developed without hardware optimization in computer systems, this makes it impossible, however, for devices with small processing power, low volume, and low power consumption to use most existing cryptographic algorithms. Lightweight cryptography is based on the methods of cryptographic data protection in low-cost systems. This article proposed a new lightweight block cipher depending on some bio-characteristics. A set of analysis based on calculations has been done to test the new technique; the results and the study indicate that the new technology has adequate security.
