Analysis of Connecting Rod under Different Loading Condition Using Ansys Software

Abstract

Automobile side of the Connecting Rod is the dominant The connecting rod experiences more stress. Because of this, it, success and damage are more difficult.Because stress analysis is so critical in Connecting Rod, it is critical. use of the finite element approach in computer aided manufacturing (CAM) Complete forces were first measured and then estimated using Ansys tools. There was an analysis to discover the optimum tension points of linking rods.The highest tension was located between the pins and the linking rods. At the lower half-pin and between the rods, the highest tensile tension was reached. It is believed that the resulting effects would change the shape of the rod.
