Abstract

No matter in economy, politics or other aspects, China is an important role in the international arena. With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, China's role on the world stage has become increasingly prominent. However, compared with other countries, China's heavy industry still occupies a relatively large proportion in economic development. The development of low-carbon economy depends on many factors such as politics, society, economy, law and culture, which determines the complexity of its choice of development mode. While actively fulfilling its international responsibilities and combining with the requirements and goals of China's economic development, China has promoted the development of China's low-carbon economy and realized the innovation of its economic model. This paper discusses the connotation of low-carbon economy, analyzes the necessity of low-carbon development of China's economy based on the current economic development situation in China, and studies the potential of low-carbon development of China's economy and the effective ways to achieve it based on genetic algorithm.
