Multiple Mediating and Moderating Effect Mechanism of Cross-border Behavior on Quality Knowledge Inertia of Quality Improvement and Innovation Team of Manufacturing Enterprises Based ON Hybrid Methods
This study constructs conceptual model and framework of multiple mediating and moderating effect mechanism of cross-border behavior on quality knowledge inertia of quality improvement and innovation team of manufacturing enterprises, puts forward related research hypotheses. Hybrid methods of extended DEMATEL method and structural equation model based on Bootstrap self-extraction technology are used to analyze conceptual model of the constructed effect mechanism, combining survey sample of quality improvement and innovation teams of manufacturing enterprises in the eastern regions of China, and proposed hypotheses are tested with empirical evidences. Empirical analysis results show that quality knowledge sharing practices is partial mediating variable among relationships of envoy behavior, coordination behavior and quality knowledge inertia of quality improvement and innovation team of manufacturing enterprises. And ecological niche evolution ability of generative quality knowledge learning resources of quality improvement and innovation team of manufacturing enterprises significantly moderates the positive relationships among envoy behavior, coordination behavior and quality knowledge sharing practices of quality improvement and innovation team.
