Abstract

Objective is one of the important issues in educational management decision-making. The dynamic structure of decision-making reflected in the “plan norm model” of educational management decision-making objectives is controlled. Whether the decision-making object is “economic man” or “social man”, its dynamic structure is based on the top-down control sequence. The difference is only shown in the control mode. In this paper, based on the typical survey of national professional education planning, the goal model of university education management decision-making is studied. This paper expounds the concept of stem algorithm in theory, and demonstrates the core application of stem algorithm in education management decision support system. This paper introduces in detail the data collection, preprocessing and the establishment and maintenance of data warehouse in the educational management decision support system. This paper presents a fuzzy hierarchical multi-objective decision-making model and a time-series recursive state prediction model. At the same time, this paper gives a three-stage algorithm to solve the two models and a decision-making objective model of education management based on stem algorithm. This paper uses the survey data of representative colleges and universities for calculation to illustrate the application of the model and algorithm. Experimental data show that stem algorithm can optimize the goal model of university education management decision and improve the effectiveness of education management decision.
