Construction of Information Legal System Based on Data Mining in the Era of Big Data

Abstract

The research of information legal system is related to the basic problems of information legal theory and practice. This paper expounds the research status of information law at home and abroad. This paper discusses the problems existing in the research of information law, and then analyzes the political, economic, social and legal factors that affect the legal system of information law based on the method of data mining. On this basis, this paper expounds three research models of information legal system construction, and puts forward the basic content of China's information legal system. According to the system theory and analytical jurisprudence, the information legal system in the era of big data is an open system with specific functions and advancing with the times. This paper shows that the system mainly includes five parts: the basic law of information, the legal system of information property rights, the legal system of information opening and sharing, the legal system of information transaction, and the legal system of information security. The results of this paper provide the theoretical basis for the construction of research point definition of information legal system based on data mining in the era of big data.
