Prevention of Sports Injury in Sports Training Based on Comprehensive Environment Test

Abstract

Sports injury is a new pronoun in sports discipline, which refers to the injury in the process of sports. The quality of sports environment has a direct impact on the incidence of sports injury. With the help of environment image detection and analysis technology, this paper analyzes the influence of sports environment factors in sports injury. Research results: the incidence of sports injury can be increased by four reasons: heavy exercise load, rough exercise or violation of rules, defects of equipment and bad weather. This paper makes statistics and investigation on the physical injury of people who have been engaged in sports for a long time on the cement field. The results show that about 26.6% of the athletes have different degrees of sports injury. The total injury rate of sports facilities was 82.9%. The most frequent injury sites were waist, knee, wrist, shoulder, back and metacarpophalangeal. According to the types of injuries, the top three were muscle strain, lateral knee pain and soft tissue contusion. No matter the site or the type of injury, there are obvious gender and item characteristics. That is to say, the number of male and short distance athletes is significantly more than that of female and long distance athletes. The results of this study have a certain reference value for the research of sports injury prevention in sports training based on the comprehensive environment test.
