Index Construction of Fitness Guidance Service Ability of Social Sports Instructors under the Guidance of Competency

Abstract

By means of literature, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, this paper discusses the fitness instruction service ability of social sports instructor. According to the  literature of technical hierarchy, expert consultation to construct the index system of competency orientation fitness instruction and service ability of social sports instructor. The system consists of 3 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators, AHP method is used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. The index system can embody the essential characteristics of the fitness instruction service ability of social sports instructor. provides a quantifiable basis for the training, assessment and evaluation of the service ability of social sports instructor.
