Abstract

The Egyptian heritage is one of the richest cultural legacies in the world, as different civilizations, cultures, and peoples have passed through Egypt that left disparate and multiple legacies, which in turn affected the shape and identity of the Egyptian heritage. Not only that but that this heritage

 has harmonized and merged with each other to come out as unique by all standards, distinguished in Every value of the heritage values ​​that it obtains, whether these values ​​are historical, artistic, architectural, urban, economic, functional, or social.

Those values ​​that have withstood for a hundred years or more in the face of daily changes and dangers and devastating disasters, as they have resisted neglect and loss of awareness of their heritage values, and are still resisting the life changes occurring to them as well as a large number of dangers and threats in the surrounding urban site, which neglecting them leads to deterioration and demolition, The importance of the research stems from the importance of sustainable preservation of these buildings, and for this purpose the research aims to propose a Strategy for managing the priorities of risks on heritage buildings by reaching the determinants and criteria for the different risks and their dimensions, through measuring the severity of the impact of each. To measure the considerations that must be followed to face those risks, this plan is an integrated reference for measuring, confronting, and mitigating the effects of the various risks on heritage buildings.
