Abstract

The research paper improve the energy efficiency of buildings within the framework of programs to organize the construction of residential and office buildings using new energy-saving technologies and in compliance with new standards.

This approach allows not only to improve approaches to the design and construction of buildings, but also to form energy-saving sources of electricity and heat, as well as to form the need for the use of heat-insulating materials in the construction of buildings.

Significant social efficiency can also be achieved by improving the energy efficiency of buildings. The introduction of energy efficient buildings will create conditions for responsible employment in related industries, as well as in construction, production of thermal insulation materials and energy efficient equipment. This will reduce and save utility bills of the population for heating and electricity by 25-30%, and the savings will be used to further improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings and meet other needs of the population. Repair and housing construction of houses use of the above technologies in the construction of premises significantly improves the heat, humidity and sound insulation of internal premises, provides much higher comfort and extends the life of these buildings without repair. Comprehensive programs also create a wide range of conditions to improve the aesthetic appearance of buildings.
