Abstract

Commercial vehicle organizations deal with multi-generational work force operating from multiple geographies. Commercial vehicle organizations in an Indian context were predominantly dominated by male work force have now realized the need for diversity and inclusion. With so much of diversity in terms gender, geography and generation which has become a reality, environmental pressures such as change of working style like remote working and change of learning methods like digital learning have impacted the way we operate our everyday life. While providing awareness to the workforce in terms of digital learning tools is key to get on to the new way of learning, it is also important to understand that different people need different kind of support to take up learning. Also since there is a departure from the classic physical class room to digital way of learning which the learner has to proactively take in many of the cases except instructor led areas, a well-drawn strategy and innovative techniques are very important to keep the momentum of learning engagement active to deliver the required results.
