Social Marketing Strategy of Fresh E-Commerce Based on Blockchain and Internet of Things

Abstract

Social media has sprung up in the Internet era. The social media studied in this paper is a collection of social applications based on Web2.0 technology platform. They enable users to gradually grasp the interactive space of discourse power and even dominant power. Based on the construction of cold chain intelligent logistics platform for fresh products of Shunfeng company, this paper studies and plans the six characteristics and functions of the platform. At the same time, based on the blockchain and Internet of things technology, this paper summarizes the main points of the platform marketing function layout planning. The results show that fresh e-commerce with internet vitality should improve its social marketing ability. Relying on the Internet's efficient information collection and distribution ability and the marketing promotion ability of social media, the gradually strengthened information promotion platform helps fresh e-commerce to occupy a place in consumers' mental resources. This paper puts forward the implementation steps of platform marketing features and marketing functions, aiming to promote the construction of platform marketing functions in a planned and effective way relying on good functional planning. The experimental results show that this paper has reference value for the construction of fresh cold chain platform and its social marketing system of logistics enterprises.
