Abstract

Management is an important guarantee in the process of enterprise development, in which HRM (Human Resource Management) plays an important supporting role. HRM is one of the important ways to cultivate talents. It can better provide talent foundation for your company, mediate all aspects of the company's internal relations, and make the company operate better. Big data technology can promote the development of enterprise HRM information, and further improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In the process of applying Internet technology, enterprises must constantly update their concepts and make full use of Internet technology to keep pace with the times. This paper analyzes the influence of Internet plus on the innovation mode of human resources management in modern enterprises, and studies the Internet plus in the era of big data and the innovation of human resources management in modern enterprises. Under the background of big data era, the innovation of HRM should not only be based on the background of big data era, but also better adapt to different working methods.
