Research on Blended Learning Model of College English Based on Data Mining in Information Age

Abstract

In the information age, the dissemination of various media resources and information has greatly promoted the implementation of the new college English teaching reform. With the in-depth development of big data technology, the hybrid education model based on big data is playing an increasingly important role in the teaching reform of higher education. As an innovative learning model, blended education is essential to improve students' sense of participation and substitution. How to improve the effectiveness of blended learning and how to conduct blended classroom teaching is an urgent problem for college English teachers to solve. Therefore, it is very important to explore the practice of college English blended learning under the information environment. In this article, we researched and analyzed the college English blended learning model based on data mining in the information age. It combines the advantages of traditional teaching methods and modern information technology to improve the teaching effect of college English and the learning efficiency of students.
