Abstract

With the increase of energy consumption in my country, especially the consumption of fossil energy such as coal, especially the traditional heating methods such as coal-burning in winter in northern China, environmental pollution has become increasingly serious. Deepening the control of air pollution and building an economic, safe and clean energy supply system are urgent tasks facing our country. The electric heat storage heating method has the characteristics of high system thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, low environmental pollution, and flexible operation mode. The country is vigorously advocating and advancing the "coal-to-electricity" project, and heat storage electric boiler heating is one of the main methods. However, the economic efficiency of electric heating projects is often poor, which restricts the large-scale promotion and application of "coal to electricity". This article elaborates on the construction of a thermal storage electric boiler heating technical plan and business model, as well as the planned implementation of electric thermal storage heating demonstration projects, especially the combination of engineering projects and power auxiliary services, not only giving full play to the characteristics of electric boilers, through participation The market ancillary services of the company have effectively adjusted the peak-to-valley difference of the grid load, increased the proportion of clean energy consumption, increased equipment utilization efficiency, and reduced project costs. It has significantly improved the economics of the "coal-to-electricity" project, reduced the pressure on government financial funds, and has good economics and promotion and application value. The plan provides a reference for my country's air pollution prevention and control work.
