Abstract

The significant feature of physical education is physical exercise, and the mastery of physical skills depends on physical exercise. The improvement of body function is also achieved through physical exercises. However, as a result of the body exercises, it is bound to have a series of effects and changes on the body. Only by understanding and following the positive effect of physical function can we arrange and implement physical education training scientifically. The application value of concentrated load training program in sports training practice was verified by the changes of four scores (100 meters, 800 meters, standing triple jump, in-situ shot put), strength quality, flexibility quality, sensitivity and coordination quality. The results show that: in the 6-week short-term training arrangement, the concentrated load training arrangement is beneficial to the improvement of students' sports performance and physical fitness. Six weeks of intensive training can improve students' functional status (cardiopulmonary function, aerobic work ability, anaerobic work ability, body composition). The results showed that the students had a good ability to adjust the cardiovascular system. The results have a certain reference value for the study of weekly load characteristics and physical effects of physical education training.
