Optimization of Ideological and Political Education Network Platform in Colleges and Universities Based on New Media Platform

Abstract

The construction of Ideological and political education (IPE) platform for college students is a systematic project involving network IPE concept, website information content, website technology, website management, network IPE team, etc. With the rapid development of the Internet and the increasing popularity of college students, it is an urgent need to establish a platform for college students' IPE and occupy the network position to strengthen and improve college students' IPE. This paper analyzes the concept, function and process of clustering analysis in the information technology network development model, and various data types involved in cluster analysis technology. This paper discusses various model algorithms commonly used in clustering analysis technology, and focuses on the clustering algorithm which is more suitable for small and medium-sized database models, which is easy to understand and operate. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of IPE based on new media platform by using the clustering analysis method in the information technology network development model. The experimental results show that the method can accurately analyze the effectiveness of IPE and improve the objectivity of the evaluation results.
