Abstract

Computer-aided sentencing software refers to a set of software which can be developed by artificial intelligence technology, based on criminal laws and regulations, and can calculate the criminal responsibility and punishment of criminal suspects according to the criminal facts input by users. In this paper, the overall design of the assistant trial system is expounded from the practical point of view, and then the system is analyzed and designed by using the object-oriented prototype software design and implementation method. The SVM sentencing model is proposed, which attempts to reduce the bias and injustice in the sentencing process by adopting intelligent sentencing methods. Finally, through the tools of flow chart, flow description and code, the development process of the auxiliary trial system is outlined from the bottom to the top, and the simulation test and effect analysis of the system are carried out.
