Abstract

With the in-depth development of modern computer technologies such as database and data mining, the sports field has also been applied. In this paper, big data analysis method is used to statistically analyze the weekly load characteristics and physical effects of physical education and training, so as to guide the management of physical education students' physical education and training, and an analysis method of weekly load characteristics and physical effects of physical education and training based on data mining technology is proposed. The fuzzy decision-making method is used to construct the physical model of sports behavior characteristics and the statistical decision-making objective function of data mining; The results show that in the six-week short-term training arrangement, the concentrated load training arrangement is beneficial to the middle school students' sports performance and physical quality improvement; Six weeks of intensive training can improve the functional status of middle school students; By using this method to analyze the weekly load characteristics and physical effects of physical education and training, the accuracy of sports related data mining is higher and the reliability of statistical analysis is better.
