Abstract

Due to the continuous development of sports, most sports information is collected and accumulated through information technology. In the face of huge databases and fierce competition, the application of data mining technology in the field of sports will become a trend. With the rapid development of modern computer science and technology, the informatization of the sports industry has produced a large amount of data. In the process of analyzing and processing these data, data mining technology has begun to play an increasingly important role. As a part of university education, if physical exercise methods are scientific and effective, it will inevitably promote the positive development of university sports. In order to improve the level of college physical education and promote the standardization and scientificization of college physical education, it is necessary to use modern science and technology to guide physical education. The article will combine data mining technology to analyze the weekly load characteristics and sports effects of physical education and training, so as to improve the school's sports management, optimize the education process and improve the quality of education.
