Evolutionary Game of Governance Strategy of Mass Sports Events--Based on the Perspective of Stakeholders
Abstract
In order to promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of mass sports events, based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper constructs a dynamic game model including government organizations, market organizations and social organizations. Taking the China Longzhou Tournament Race as an example, the paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process and influencing factors of each stakeholder's strategy selection. The research shows that the system can reach the best equilibrium state and form the tripartite co-governance mode by increasing the revenue of government support decentralization and the amount of rewards and fines to the market, increasing the potential loss of opportunistic behavior in the market, and improving the income of social organizations to follow up the events and the credibility of social organizations. Under the condition of determining the parameters, the strategy evolution speed of any player will be affected by the proportion of its own strategy selection and that of the other two players. However, no matter how the proportion of the three players' strategy selection changes, the final game result will not be changed. It is suggested that we should encourage the three stakeholders to participate in the governance of mass sports events, construct the income distribution and cost sharing system of the governance of mass sports events, and pay attention to the construction of the ability of market and society to participate in the governance of mass sports events.
