2020 will be remembered not only by the pandemic, lockdown and recession, but also by the global digital transformation of business and communications. A study conducted by the Marketing Communication Agency showed that 46% of interviewed experts believe that data leak and information security were the most important trends of public relations in 2020.
33% of respondents the new ethics and related scandals, the same number named the environment and social responsibility of business, 26% equally noted big data, new media, and the prevalence of performance channels. 20% of experts identified clickbait and other trends in the media market.
This is not a complete list of those changes that became obvious in 2020, or appeared as a result of fundamental changes in the global communications market.
