Estimation Method of EV battery SOC based on AEKF

Abstract

Lithium-ion batteries are non-linear systems, this article proposed an adaptive extended way and a battery improved PNGV dynamic estimation method of equivalent circuit. First, improved the equivalent circuit model on the basis of the principle of the battery. Then propose a method that can adaptively extend the Kalman filter to calculate the state space equation of the improved battery model.Finally, in the case of working in the Beijing Public Transport Dynamic Stress Test (BBDST), the noise model was simulated by incorporating the unknown interference noise environment. The simulation results are available. The proposed SOC estimation algorithm can dynamically correct and correct initial values and estimation errors with high estimation accuracy, and can be applied foronline SOC estimation of power batteries.
