KLXS Multi-model Fusion Target Recognition Algorithm Based on Radar HRRP

Abstract

In view of the problems of small sample size and low recognition accuracy of classifiers in the traditional high resolution range profile (HRRP) target recognition process, an improved KLXS (KNN Logistic Regression Xgboost Stacking) multi-model fusion target recognition algorithm is proposed. The selection of single classifier and the improvement of fusion strategy in the implementation of the algorithm are analyzed and explained based on the description of the basic idea of the algorithm; the selection of HRRP target feature parameters and the method of data preprocessing are determined; In addition, the key technologies and implementation methods of the algorithm in the process of HRRP target recognition are described in detail. The experimental verification and comparative evaluation of the target recognition effect of the algorithm are carried out through HRRP data. The results show that the proposed algorithm effectively improves the target recognition effect of HRRP and provides a new idea for the target recognition method of high-resolution range profile.
