Abstract

At present, the adjustment of economic structure has been accelerated in China, and the positive transformation from traditional investment drive to innovation drive has been gradually realized under the promotion of independent development strategy. More and more managers are aware of the importance of organizational creativity to the development of enterprises. The practice of enterprise human resource management is one of the paramount factors, which directly affects the creative part of the organization level, and it is of great benefit to the continuous innovation and development of the enterprise. This work first proved the positive role of human resource management practice in the formation and perfection of organizational creativity, and then discussed the intermediary role of innovation culture in the process and the regulating role of power distance.
