Modeling and Symmetry Control Study of Power Bond Diagram for Valve-Controlled Asymmetric Hydraulic Cylinder System

Abstract

In this paper, the power bond diagram is drawn for asymmetry of the valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system, and the state-space mathematical model of the system is established. A new research method is proposed to transform an asymmetric system into a state-space symmetric system (using the state-space mathematical model to solve the appropriate feedback matrix and compensation matrix to obtain a new state-space symmetric system). Through experiments, the load pressure of the system before and after conversion is compared, and it is concluded that the system has symmetrical curves of input and output characteristics. This study lays a foundation for the application of symmetric control theory to asymmetric systems and is of great help to realize symmetric control of asymmetric systems.
