In the process of transforming from educated person to wealth creator, college students' view of wealth favors their own behavior, reciprocal behavior, co-creation behavior and public welfare behavior. The change of college students' view of wealth involves the creation, distribution, consumption and inheritance of wealth, and is influenced by the combination of personal growth process, educational environment cultivation, innovation era promotion, social environment impact, family environment education and so on. It is necessary to carry on the beneficial theoretical analysis and practical discussion to the financial and commercial education of college students from the aspects of individual development's view of labor wealth, the view of entrepreneurial wealth of team-friendly, the view of family wealth inherited by family, and the view of social wealth advocated by society.
