Driving Model and Mechanism of Enterprise Information Security Influenced by Risk Management

Abstract

There are still a variety of complex factors affecting enterprise information security, especially  "human" complex factors. Based on the hypothesis of multi-mediating effect of Sense of Organizational Support and Risk Consciousness, this paper constructs a driving model of risk management impacting information security, and takes the telecom industry as an empirical research example,selecting 462 valid sample data from 54 enterprises, testing, and making a mechanism analysis. Test Results: All hypotheses are validated. Risk Management has a direct impact on Information Security, Sense of Organizational Support and Risk Consciousness have significant intermediary effect between Risk Management and Information Security, especially intermediary effect of Sense of Organizational Support. Research Conclusion: To strengthen the information risk management of enterprise, first of all, we need to strengthen Sense of Organizational Support and Risk Consciousness of all staff through organizational empowerment, so as to achieve the goal of all staff participating in Risk Management of information.
