Exploration on the Undergraduate Talent Training Mode of “Integration of Teaching, Learning And Doing” for Cross-Border E-Commerce Micro Major

Abstract

In recent years, college students in the field of cross-border e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as CBEC) have been active in innovation and entrepreneurship, and a large number of small, medium, and micro enterprises have emerged, with outstanding performance in entrepreneurship and employment absorption. However, there has been a serious shortage of high-level talents in CBEC. In order to quickly and flexibly cultivate CBEC talents that are urgently needed in the industry, academia has begun to advocate the training mode of micro major of CBEC for undergraduate talents. To improve the training ability of compound and practical talents of CBEC in colleges and universities, this paper further introduces the dual-tutor system and project-based system into the micro major teaching process, to build a fast, efficient and flexible training mode of “integration of teaching, learning and doing” for the undergraduate talent of CBEC micro major, and proposed corresponding guarantee mechanism.
